I’m Dale Vogel, an executive leader, Marine Corps veteran, and lifelong student of leadership.

For more than two decades, I’ve led teams through growth, change, and transformation across military and corporate environments. Along the way, I’ve learned one lesson that shapes everything I believe about leadership:

You don’t have to choose between caring about people and holding them accountable. Great leaders do both.

I call that Balanced Leadership… creating trust, setting clear expectations, developing people, and delivering results without losing sight of the human side of leadership.

My approach is grounded in real-world experience: building teams, developing leaders, improving performance, navigating change, and learning from plenty of mistakes along the way.
