Debate: Are Leaders Born or Made?
The age-old question of whether leaders are born or made has sparked countless debates and discussions among scholars, professionals, and aspiring leaders. I recently had an interesting meeting with one of my teams where their manager posed this exact question. We broke off into two group where one was assigned “Leaders are Made” and the other “Leaders are Born”.
